Our door lock malfunctioned, leaving us uneasy all night!!! Maintenance completely dropped the ball by not addressing it before our event. An odd request for air conditioner work after check-in felt unsettling!!!

Our stay was pleasant, especially with the kids. We loved the pancake maker at breakfast, and the kitchenette made preparing meals easy. The layout of the Queen room with two beds helped us feel comfortable, and watching a movie on the 49-inch TV was a real treat.

In my wife’s opinion, a pool would be great for the kids.

The bed felt comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good lighting. Check-in was quick, thanks to the friendly woman at the front desk. However, the room had a weird smell that lingered when we arrived. The A/C took a while to cool down, and I noticed the bathtub faucet was loose. Also, the breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly. I appreciate the cleanliness but wish the staff had been more attentive to guest needs during breakfast time.
